How to install

  1. Enter your name, position, work email, and phone numbers.
  2. Click Copy signature, then use normal Paste (Ctrl+V or ⌘V) in your email app’s signature editor. Avoid “paste as plain text.”
  3. Save it, choose it for new emails and replies, and send yourself a test email to check the logo, links, and spacing.

How do I update my details later?

Return to this page, enter your updated details, and copy the signature again. Replace your saved signature in your email app. The company logo and styling are fixed for consistency; changes here do not automatically update a signature you already installed.

The logo is missing or the formatting looks different

Allow remote images if your email app asks. Paste into the signature editor using normal Paste, with formatted / HTML email enabled. If the copy button cannot access your clipboard, it selects the signature so you can press Ctrl+C or ⌘C yourself. You can also download the signature HTML, open it in a browser, and copy the rendered signature from there. Each email app can adjust formatting, so check a new message and send a test email before using it.

Will it work on my phone or another email app?

Set up and check the formatted signature on a computer first. Email apps vary, and mobile apps can use separate signature settings. Check a message sent from your phone as well. For another app, look for its formatted-signature editor; if it only accepts plain text, the logo and layout will not be retained.
